Getting started: hosted conversation loop
Turn one hosted conversation into a next action, post-publish follow-up, and an evidence-backed outcome.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
What first success means
First success is one hosted conversation on the workspace report. It is not a Gmail send, Calendar booking, trial start, checkout, or CSV import. The product records your outcome label. GetPodRev records your label. It does not prove the episode caused this outcome.
Recommended hosted loop
Use Home for the next step. Stay on this path until one conversation is on the report:
- Add a company first, then the guest. Source, consent, and opt-out stay required before any draft. Unknown consent is not consent.
- Start one pipeline card: invited → booked → recorded.
- Create the hosted episode after recording, then mark published.
- Work Due tasks that appear after publish, then follow up in-app.
- Record Direct, Influenced, Customer-reported, or Unverified plus evidence, then open Report.
- Outreach is optional: send from Gmail, or record a message you already sent. Suppressed and opted-out guests stay blocked.
Where to click in the product
Home leads with the hosted loop. Companies and Guests hold the roster. Pipeline is the stage board. Episodes holds hosted episode records. Due is post-publish work. Report is first success. Outreach, Help, and Settings stay available. ROI, Gmail/Calendar connect, Plans, and CSV import stay available but are not the first-run path.
What this guide is not
This is product onboarding help, not legal advice and not a guarantee of guest reply timing. Source, consent, opt-out, and suppression gates stay on. Email-compliance help remains optional send-path education.
